To make this massive undertaking more transparent, Tetra Tech, in partnership with county agencies, has developed a Right-of-Entry (ROE) Status Dashboard.

This online tool allows homeowners to track the progress of cleanup on their property. Whether it’s waiting for Phase 1 hazardous material removal, entering Phase 2 debris clearing, or preparing for final inspection, residents can see where they stand in the recovery pipeline.

The dashboard is designed not just for families, but also for contractors, local officials, and community advocates who need reliable, up-to-date information to plan next steps.
